Véronique et Dominique Quintart, the cottage’s owners have made a lovely nest for you. They speak French, English, Dutch, Spanish and German. They live next door, they can tell you everything you need to know about the area.
There is also a book in the cottage with plenty of information and ideas on what to do and visit in the area.
April 2004 – April 2014: 10 years already that we have opened our Cocoon cottage. Thank you to all the people who came to spend a holiday in our cottage.
The country cottage is in the middle of the village of Sur la Heid, situed at the beginning of the Ardennes. It’s possible to walk down to Aywaille (very nice playground, swimming pool with sauna), to Remouchamps, to Deigné one of the nicest villages in Wallonia.
The cottage is suitable for 2 to 5 people.
First floor : electric stove and oven, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave and everything you need for cooking.
Internet, wifi connection. Central heating. Living room with TV + DVD and Divx player, hi-fi, wooden heater, big sofa, bathroom with bath and shower, toilet.
Second floor: 2 bedrooms (1 queen size bed and 2 single beds (truckle bed) + mattress 1P). 2 connecting bedrooms with a door in between.
Baby bed, babychair.
Big garden, swing, outside table, barbecue, garden chairs. Children can put a tent up in the yard if they want to.
Parking place. Secured garage for bikes.
Lawn bowls and Ping-pong table outside.
